Anti-Spcial Behaviour Order
A fairly recently introduced concept, where a court can forbid
someone from engaging in certain activities that are considered anti-
social. For instance, if someone plays lots of loud music annoying
the neighbours, they can be given an ASBO preventing them from
playing any music (or any music outside certain hours), and if they
then break the ASBO, further consequences can ensue.

I am thinking perhaps many readers of the article are also over-
reacting in their condemnation of the police.
