[Osx-nutters] Help!

well thats it - xusupport just comes back with SystemVersion.plist: No 
such file or directory (2)
I haven't chucked out the .pkg in receipts so it should be able to find 
the info but that is what confuses me - everything is up to date 
(Ha-for this system) so perhaps I am just expecting xupport to look for 
factory settings from a previous version?
