... although an NSA source noted that the Judge has been downloading  
a lot of porn over the Internet lately, and sending emails to a  
recipient  that her husband would be unlikely to appreciate.  "I'm  
sure the appeals court will be more understanding of the Government's  
position, " he added, "especially in light of a certain appellate  
someone's frequent 900-number phone calls, if he catches my drift."
