And yet, nothing will change. Bush has already "stood by" the NSA
program, so it is certain to continue. He has two more years to drag
this country into a fascist fundie morass from which it may never
emerge. Why would he abide by the courts when he has demonstrated
over and over that he considers himself above the law. There is no
one willing to stand up to him, because the Legislature is filled
with cowards and lackeys.
