Fish and chips, with malt vinegar for the chips and mayo<1> for the  
fish is one of the world's perfect foods.  Right up there with PBB&M  
(Peanut Butter, Bananas, and Mayo).

<1> Sure, they may CALL it 'tartar sauce' but it's mayo.  Sometimes  
with some flecks of relish.
