Do tell? I'm sure you're right, it's probably bad on my metabolism...

Btw, I'm not dieting to lose weight, that just doesn't work, and I  
don't abstain from breakfast as a way to slim down. I've just never  
been a breakfast eater (well, maybe on a weekend)... in the mornings  
I drink plenty of coffee, and if I'm really wanting breakfast maybe a  
slice of toast. Once a week or two I'll fix some eggs..
