I see I am going to need to explain this to you very, very slowly. Stop me if 
I'm going too fast. 

- The present US administration would like, for whatever reason, to fight a 
war against Islam
- They are perfectly well aware that for various reasons such as the 
Constitution and the media that they can't ever say so out loud
- They go ahead and do it anyway, but simply substitute the words, in all 
public communications, terrorism for Islam and terrorist for Moslem
- That explains why they keep making nonsensical statements about fighting a 
war on terror.
