Only because we don't see it as a problem. If it's 'just' about
saving kids then you'd save a shit load more kids by requiring
bicycle helmets and banning all skateboards.
The only reason I posted that pic is that I had just run across it
whilst doing my daily Reuters check and it reminded me of how often I
see kids in the middle east
encouraged by the folks around them to dress up like little suicide
bombers or some such.
It's just sad.
