uhm… maybe what I'm about to write will say too much about my mind- 
set, but hey. Are you talking daily about breasts? I mean, that, or  
the general figure of a lady is pretty much all I can think of being  
pear-shaped.

OK, so it means fubared as well and no mentions of breasts. That last  
bit is no doubt French then (des seins en poire; opposed to des seins  
en pomme, which I'm sure you know are apple-shaped).
What does it mean to you then?
