	The suicide bomber tactic (in its modern, terrorist 
incarnation) was invented (and used enthusiastically) by the Tamil 
Tigers, a secular nationalist terrorist group.
	The Tamil Tigers had quite the bombing campaign, including 
allegedly the assassination of Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Ghandi.
	Oddly, the idea that suicide bombers are not necessarily 
Islamic has mysteriously disappeared from the minds of all 
anti-terrorism experts. As has the fact that the second worst 
terrorist atrocity committed on US soil is still the one committed by 
a white, Christian, ex-serviceman.
