[Osx-nutters] Anabasis project

I was reading Hubris last night .. just started it ..
and learned about the CIA's "Anabasis" project .. where CIA  
operatives began the overthrow of Saddam in April 2002

I hadn't heard of it ...

CIA guy named Maguire (and another operative, Luis) designed the plan  
shortly after 911 ... Bushed signed it February 16, 2002 .. and these  
guys went into Iraq in April 2002 --

Maguire was one of the Iran contra guys running guns and planting  
mines in the harbor
