What is it that leads you to believe that climate science
generally is not aware of these issues?
It seems clear that the very thing you object to - that
climate scientists work say we should DO something in the hopes it
changes the outcome - makes it clear they are aware of the (very
obvious) issue you seem to be getting worked up about here.
Now that you lay it out straightforwardly like that, I'm
really confused as why you think there are people in the debate who
don't understand this. You might need to bring up an example.
