Do you really think that the only alternatives regarding one of the
most complex systems ever studied by science are all wild baseless
hypothesis?
If, as David suggests, the scientists have looked as the political
problem and decided to feign virtual certainty, then of course, the
companies that might be harmed by shelling out millions for carbon
credits, are going to hire people to get public exposure on the
unresolved scientific matters.
The truth is the truth no matter who speaks it. The problem is we
have to figure out who's telling the truth. Some people tell the
truth for selfish reasons, but it's still the truth.
Some people tell a lie for selfless reasons, but it's still a lie.
