Absolutely. And I heard of a fat guy who sued a diner because he was

I've been very puzzled by the connection between food and weight.  
I've always eaten whatever I felt like and yet remained quite thin  
through my 20s and 30s. And I'm no salad muncher... I'm talking cakes  
and pastries and chocolate. I can't imagine how much I'd have to eat  
to become as huge as some people, I just can't imagine it. All I can  
say is that I do notice myself eating quite slowly. I'm usually still  
munching while everyone else finished long ago.

If people want the government to do something about it, why not just  
education?
