Do not forget metabolism!
We are not equal over food intake.
I have a slow metabolism. I will gain weight where others would loose
weight with the same amount of food and exercise.
I was exercising like crazy. One hour of the Step Machine or the
Rowing Machine (with a cardio-monitor) and this 3 to 4 times a week.
I did loose some and went to a plateau at 102 kg (229 pounds). My
body just adapted to that new regime.
