	No, autopoiesis is a descriptor, not a theory as such. And 
you are confusing biogenesis and evolution, which are related but not 
the same thing.
	*Evolution* is sufficient to explain the subsequent leaps in 
evolution. We do not have a complete understanding of the process by 
which this occurs, but we haven't any evidence to suggest that its 
impossible or implausible, or even unlikely.
