well, what they actually did was to ride into town a whoopin' and a  
whoppin', killing all the kids, and raping the shit out of the  
wimminfolks. They would also set fire to all the livestock and the  
houses.  The luckiest survivors were sometimes offered the choice  
between boarding a leaky, disease-ridden ship on route to the new  
world, or being raped, shot, raped, killed, raped, murdered and shot.
