Yeah, but we always knew he didn't mean it.

On the plus side, I recall reading good things about Petraeus.  Given  
that Bush was going to replace Casey (no idea if it was deserved or  
if Casey was just following White House orders... though I have a  
guess), at least he seems to have put somebody competent in charge.   
That's not exactly been a consistent pattern with Bush.
