I'm having some trouble with sending out on .Mac via .mac SMTP:

if I generate a pastedGraphic.png via shift cntrl cmd 4 and paste it
into the message body, .Mac SMTP servers won't send. Comcast SMTP
relay works fine.
I can send the problematic pastedGraphic.png via webmail, no problem

I send screenshots all the time - and usually just grab to pasteboard
via cmd-shift-cntrl-4. The bug seems to be difficult to track down.

It happened the other day -- a friend wasn't replying to a message,
turns out he never got it

When I changed to Comcast servers going out, he got it fine

i'm in discussion with the mac Mail team on it

The problem appeared again tonight (while sending from another
machine - so it's happened on two machines now).

Even if I drag the pastedGraphic from my SENT file to my desktop and
then drag and drop it into Mail, it still chokes -

Can someone try a pastedGraphic on their .Mac account and report back
to me ?

here's some info on a failed message containing an image from the
pasteboard:

	x-unix-mode=0666;
	name=pastedGraphic.png
